1. DESIGN VARIATIONS
Should a part become unavailable, we guarantee that the
replacement item will be similar to and of the same high
quality as the original.
We have made every effort to capture the quality and true
colours of wine charms and jewellery but please bear in
mind that some colours may differ slightly from those pictured.
Due to the handcrafted nature of many of our designs,
there may be slight variations.
2. HEALTH & SAFETY
Our products are not toys and due to the small parts contained,
could cause a choking hazard if swallowed and should therefore
not be given to children under the age of 14 years.
3. DELIVERY & CARRIAGE COSTS

We aim to fulfil your order wherever possible within the
given guidelines and timescales. However, from time to time
there could be unforeseen circumstances that may prevent us
from fulfilling our commitment to you. In the unlikely event
that such a situation arises, then any affected clients will
be contacted immediately.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with any product from us, please
return them in their original packaging within 7 working days
stating your reason for doing so.
On receipt of your goods, we will happily give you a full
refund or replacement goods, should your order have been faulty.
Refunds will not be accepted if they are in an un-saleable
condition.
We recommend that you use either Royal Mails 'Recorded
Delivery' or 'Special Delivery' service
in the UK, or 'International Signed For' service
outside the UK, as we regret that we cannot be held responsible
for retuned goods lost in the post.

5. PAYMENT TERMS FOR ALL ORDERS
Orders must be paid for in full before they can be despatched.
We accept payment by cheque or via our secure on-line system,
'PayPal'.
Easy Payment Option
If your order is valued at £100 or more and you can
place your order at least 10 weeks prior to your event, your
payment can be spread over two easy instalments.
For example, on placing your order you pay 25% of the total
value. Please note this is a non returnable deposit and excludes
delivery costs.
We will then invoice you 4 weeks prior to the event for the
remaining payment.
Your order will be despatched shortly after payment is received.
However, orders cannot be despatched until payment has been
received in full. Failure to do so may result in delayed despatch
of your order which regrettably we cannot be held responsible
for.
6. CARING FOR GOODS
Jewellery, including wine charms should be cared for in
the following way.
We recommend that jewellery is stored in the box provided
and that wine charms are wrapped in a soft, lint free cloth
until ready for use.
Do not place in a dishwasher or in water.
Keep wine charms clean and tarnish free by wiping occasionally
with a soft, lint free cloth. We cannot be held responsible
for wine charms or jewellery which has not been cared for
according to our recommendations.
7. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Orders placed will act as confirmation that the customer
has read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions of Sale.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions
of Sale and to update details or prices on our website at
any time.
However, once an order has been processed we will honour
all prices quoted.
